With over 15 years of experience in development work, John leads JOPA Foundation Uganda with a passion for community empowerment and sustainable development. He holds an M.A. in Development Studies.
Dr. Jane Nakabugo
Director of Programs
Jane brings 12 years of program management expertise to JOPA. Her focus is on ensuring quality implementation and measurable impact across all our strategic initiatives. She holds a Ph.D. in Public Health.
David Okumu
Director of Finance & Administration
David ensures financial integrity and accountability at JOPA Foundation Uganda with 10 years of finance management experience in the NGO sector. He is a certified public accountant.
Martha Kiplagat
Director of Operations
Martha oversees operational excellence and coordination across JOPA's field offices. Her 8 years in operations management ensure smooth organizational functioning and staff support.
